Gentle exercise
Curiosity
The Romans coined the motto “mens sana in corpore sano” meaning “healthy mind in healthy body”. Becoming universally known, more than a prescription it is a token of good luck to which we at “Corte” give daily substance through group gymnastics. Carefully and gently guided by physiotherapists, these gentle exercises have a double function: on the one hand, rehabilitation and, more generally, motor functions are activated; on the other, it is an important moment in which playing and the pleasure of physical movement stimulate socialisation. Care for the body that is also good for the spirit.
